We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options.
Damaged Package Claims
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.
Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the Cyprus Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery.
Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.

A MyRcPitstop wants you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If, for any reason, you don't like or change your mind about an item you purchased from us, you may return it New and Unused (with original contents and packaging) within 20 days of the original purchase for store credit or a refund to the original payment method ( excluding Shipping Expenses ). Refunds to the original payment method will be charged a restocking fee of 20 % of the purchase price. A notification will be sent to the email address listed on your myrcpitstop account when the refund has been applied, or the store credit is added to your account.

Order / Payment Cancelation
We do not accept any payment cancelation on Pre-Orders.
In other case you can cancel your order / payment within 2 working days by sending as an email. We will refund your money in the next 2-3 working days. You will be charged any bank or paypal charges.
